Signing in and single sign-out
VNCboard is part of the VNClagoon suite, and the suite signs you in once. You do not log in to each product separately.
One sign-in for the suite
Section titled “One sign-in for the suite”- Sign in at the suite entry point (the launchpad). From then on, opening VNCboard — or any other suite product — drops you straight in, no second sign-in.
- If a product ever shows a sign-in card, the shared suite session has ended; opening the launchpad again signs you in and every product follows.
You stay signed in
Section titled “You stay signed in”Your session is renewed quietly in the background. As long as you are signed in to the suite, VNCboard keeps working without asking you to sign in again — you will not be bounced to a login screen halfway through a board.
Single sign-out
Section titled “Single sign-out”Signing out is a suite-wide action, so leaving one product does not leave the others open:
- Sign out in the account menu ends your session in VNCboard.
- Sign out everywhere ends the shared suite session, so every product signs out too.
Either way, the shared sign-in cookie is cleared for the whole suite, not just this board.
Offline is not “signed out”
Section titled “Offline is not “signed out””When your device has no connection, VNCboard does not treat that as a sign-out — it keeps you where you are and reconnects when you are back online. See Install VNCboard as an app.
