How these docs are written
The VNClagoon+ guide is written to one shape, one voice and one look, so that whatever product you are reading about, you always know where to look.
The shape
Section titled “The shape”Every product is organised the same way:
| Section | What it is for |
|---|---|
| First steps | A short, guided tour to get you going. |
| How-to guides | The task you are trying to do, step by step. |
| Reference | The details to look up — fields, states, shortcuts. |
| Concepts | Why a thing works the way it does. |
The Suite basics topics come first, before the products: they cover the parts that are the same everywhere — signing in, the portal home, the shared shell and the Action Wheel, notifications, presence, the assistant, appearance and themes, and how your data stays sovereign.
The voice
Section titled “The voice”- Clear, calm and confident — no hype.
- It speaks to you, and steps are imperative: “Select Create”.
- One idea per sentence; one task per topic.
- UI names are shown in bold, exactly as they appear — New room; keys are
in
code— pressShift+Enter; a path through menus uses →: ⋯ → Room settings. - English is the source language; every other language is derived from it.
The look
Section titled “The look”- Real screenshots from the running products, with demo data only, always in the light theme.
- The suite’s cyan accent and the same page furniture on every page.
- Ask the docs — the VNCai assistant — sits in the corner of every page and answers from the topic you are reading.
