Your infrastructure, your rules
Section titled “Your infrastructure, your rules”VNClagoon+ runs where you decide: on your own servers, in your private cloud, or in a certified European data center. Messages, files, calls and calendar entries do not pass through infrastructure you do not control. There is no silent data flow to an external provider, because there is no external provider in the loop.
Open standards, no lock-in
Section titled “Open standards, no lock-in”The suite is built on open components and open standards. You can inspect what you run, integrate it with your existing systems, and export your data. If your strategy changes, your data and workflows move with you.
AI without data leakage
Section titled “AI without data leakage”AI features in VNClagoon+ — reachable through the assistant, Lago — follow the same principle. Depending on your organization’s policy, an AI request is handled Locally (on your own hardware), in your Private environment, or against an approved Public model. Sensitive content can be kept entirely on your infrastructure.
Compliance by architecture
Section titled “Compliance by architecture”Because data location, access and retention are under your control, VNClagoon+ supports demanding regulatory environments by design, not by add-on promises. Your administrators define retention policies, access rules and audit trails, and can show them.
