The top bar
The top bar (right) holds the suite-wide controls, the same in every product.

| Launcher | VNClagoon — the app launcher (open VNClagoon Portal, VNCfluid, Apps). |
| Appearance → Theme | Pick the theme (Light / Dark / System). |

| Keyboard shortcuts | The shortcut reference. |
| Notifications | The bell (below). |
| Language | Your interface language. |
| Account | Your menu — Change picture, Sign out. |
| Assistant | The VNCai panel. |
The footer line Directory connected · VNCdirectory+ · people & org units confirms the connection to the directory.
