The Notification Center
The Notification Center brings the suite’s notifications together for you — across the products you are entitled to — so you do not have to visit each one to see what is waiting.
Where it is
Section titled “Where it is”Open your account menu (the avatar in the top-right rail). Notifications shows an unread badge when something new has arrived. Select it to open the center.
The top-bar bell opens notifications for the app you are currently in.
What it shows
Section titled “What it shows”The center aggregates notifications from the products on the rail — for example VNCchannels, VNCproject, VNCcrm, VNCcontacts, VNCtask, VNCfiles, VNCchat and VNCmail — and merges them newest first. Each entry names the product it came from and shows a title and a short body.
Filter by app
Section titled “Filter by app”A row of filters sits above the list: All, then one chip per app that has notifications. Select an app chip to see only that product’s entries.
Open a notification (deep links)
Section titled “Open a notification (deep links)”Selecting a notification opens the record it is about in its product — a channel topic, a project work item, a CRM deal, a contact, a task, a file, a chat message or an email — following a deep link. You land on the item itself, not a generic list.
Mark as read
Section titled “Mark as read”Use Mark all read to clear the unread badge for the whole center at once.
An honest note
Section titled “An honest note”Notifications are owned by the products that create them (the directory merges them, it does not keep its own copy). If a product has nothing new, it simply contributes no entries.
