How the VNClagoon+ products work together

The VNClagoon+ products are designed as one suite, not as separate tools that happen to share a login. This topic explains the connections you will notice in daily use.

One identity

You sign in once at the portal. Every product you are entitled to opens with that session. Your role and organization come from the central directory, VNCdirectory+, so access is consistent everywhere.

One data home

Files, contacts and conversations live in the suite and are referenced between products. A file shared in a chat can appear in the file registry; a contact in VNCcontacts+ is the same person you message in VNCchat+.

One workspace

VNCfluid is the shell that brings the products together as a personal dashboard. Instead of switching tabs, you arrange the tools you use into a workspace you own.
