Suite single sign-on and sign-out

VNCcrm is one of the VNClagoon suite of apps. You sign in once and move between them without a second login.

When you arrive from the Portal or any other suite app, VNCcrm reuses your suite session silently — you land straight on your data. Nothing is asked of you because you are already signed in.

If your suite session has expired, VNCcrm does not present you with a stale one. It asks you to sign in again, so you are never shown a screen that looks signed-in but quietly fails.

Signing out is a single action that ends your session for the whole suite:

  • Sign out from VNCcrm and you are signed out of every suite app — opening another app afterwards asks you to sign in.
  • Sign out from another product and you are signed out of VNCcrm too.

This is deliberate. A suite that shares one sign-in must also share one sign-out; otherwise a session you ended could linger in another tab or app.

When you sign out on the web you are returned to the Portal, where you can sign in again. On the desktop and mobile clients the app keeps its own sign-out screen.

  • You have one suite password (or your organisation’s sign-in), not one per app. See Your account menu for changing it.
  • Sign out everywhere in your account menu ends every session, on every device.
  • If you ever find yourself signed out of everything unexpectedly, it is almost always a session that expired between apps — sign in once and continue.
