VNCmcb

VNCmcb — the Multi Conference Board — is the control room for organizations that run many meetings at the same time. It does not replace VNCvideo; it sits above it. VNCvideo provides the meeting itself, VNCmcb provides the overview, the control and the evidence across a whole event: a conference, a training day, a distributed workshop programme, or the parallel sessions of a large internal event.

Instead of opening one meeting link after another, an organizer sees every room at once and acts from that view.

Typical use

A conference with parallel tracks. Ten sessions at 09:00; the organizer sees all ten rooms, spots the one with no participants and redirects the group.
A training programme. Several groups work in parallel on the same exercise; the trainer follows each room from the board and joins the one that needs help.
A distributed workshop. Multiple teams meet simultaneously; the organizer manages timing centrally instead of coordinating ten separate links.
Recurring committee sessions. Pre-planned rooms, opened and closed on a schedule.
