Records and the shared knowledge graph
VNCcrm does not keep its customer knowledge to itself. As you work, your companies, contacts and deals are contributed to the suite’s shared knowledge graph, so a record you own can be found and cited from elsewhere in the suite.
What this means in practice
Section titled “What this means in practice”- A record you can see in VNCcrm can surface in a cross-product search or an assistant answer in another suite app, with a citation back to the record.
- The other app does not copy your data into its own store — it points back to the VNCcrm record, so there is one version of the truth.
What is and isn’t shared
Section titled “What is and isn’t shared”Only the record surfaces are published — the company, contact and deal information you entered. Message-like content such as lead or email bodies is deliberately not published from VNCcrm.
Everything stays inside your tenant and is access-scoped: the graph only returns a record to people who could already see it. Contributing a deal does not widen who can read it.
You don’t have to do anything
Section titled “You don’t have to do anything”The contribution happens as you save a record. It is best-effort: if the shared graph is ever unavailable, it never delays or fails the save you were making — your VNCcrm data is saved regardless.
Analysis of the record runs on the platform’s own model, inside your estate. Raw deal, company and contact text is not sent to an outside provider.
