VNCboard
VNCboard is the whiteboard of the suite: an infinite canvas for sketches, diagrams, wireframes and workshops. What makes it a suite product rather than a drawing tool is what surrounds the canvas — identity, storage and sharing come from the suite, and the board becomes a shared object that a team returns to.
A board is live by default: several people can edit the same canvas at the same time and see each other’s cursors. A separate read-only share produces a link for people who should only look.
What it delivers
Section titled “What it delivers”- An infinite canvas. Sketch freely, or build a structured diagram with shapes and connectors.
- Real-time collaboration. Go live and co-edit with colleagues, seeing each other’s cursors.
- A read-only share when that is the right thing. An expiring link that viewers can open but never edit.
- Reusable building blocks. A library of assets and templates so a workshop does not start from a blank canvas.
- Boards that live in the suite. Stored in your perimeter, opened with the suite session, found in search, linked to the work they belong to.
