Your account menu (Own Avatar)
The avatar in the top-right corner of VNCcrm is your account control. It is the single place to change who you are, how you appear and how you sign in — you never leave the app to manage your own account.
What it shows
Section titled “What it shows”| Area | What you can do |
|---|---|
| Identity | Your name, email and picture, so you can confirm who you are signed in as. |
| Presence | Set your status — Available · Away · Busy · Do not disturb · Out of office · Offline — and a short status message. Your presence is shared across the suite, so a colleague sees the same status wherever they look. |
| Notifications | An unread count; opens your notification feed — see Notification Center. |
| Change picture | Pick an image; it is resized and saved to your profile, and your avatar updates across the suite. |
| Change password | Change your own password in place (current + new). This is a native form — it does not send you to a separate sign-in console. |
| Language | Switch the interface language; the choice is saved to your profile and applied next time you sign in. |
| Appearance | Switch between light and dark; saved to your profile. |
| Settings | Open the settings drawer (see below). |
| Sign out | End your session. Signing out signs you out of the whole suite — see Suite single sign-on. |
The settings drawer
Section titled “The settings drawer”Settings opens a panel with the universal sections plus one section per product you are entitled to:
- Profile — display details you can edit.
- Presence — the same status controls as the menu.
- Language and Appearance — the same preferences as the menu.
- Notifications — per-product notification preferences.
- Security & sign-in — your active sessions (device, when last active and which one is current) with Revoke on each, and a Sign out everywhere action that ends every session.
- Privacy & AI — how your content may be used by the assistant.
The product sections let you change a product’s own settings without opening it — for example VNCmail signatures or VNCchat preferences. A section appears only for a product you can reach, so you never see empty controls.
- Presence is real-time: changing it here changes the dot colleagues see on your name in contacts, chat and the suite.
- Sign out everywhere ends all of your sessions, not just this browser.
- If a picture change ever fails, the app tells you plainly instead of silently ignoring it; you can pick the file again.
