File a link into a channel from Telegram
The VNCchannels+ Telegram bot @VNCchannels_bot turns a web link into a structured topic and files it into a channel you choose — without opening the app. Use it when a page should become part of the knowledge record.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- You have Telegram and your VNC (SRC) account. Your posting identity is aw@src-advisory.com.
One-time: link your account
Section titled “One-time: link your account”- Open the bot: https://t.me/VNCchannels_bot
- Send /link.
- Tap 🔗 Link my VNC account, sign in as aw@src-advisory.com, and approve.
- The page shows Linked ✓ — close it and return to Telegram.
You only do this once. It stays connected until the bot asks you to run /link again.
File a link
Section titled “File a link”- Copy an
https://link (a website, article or social post). - Paste it into the bot and send.
- The bot analyses it and shows buttons:

— the channels you may post to (most relevant first) - 📋 All channels — the full list
- ➕ New channel — create one
- 📥
- Tap a channel. For a new one, type the channel name and send it.
- The bot confirms ✅ Posted to … with a link to the topic.
Commands
Section titled “Commands”- /link — connect your VNC account (once)
- /channels — everything you may post to
- /help — short help
- /start — (re)start
If something goes wrong
Section titled “If something goes wrong”- “run /link again” — your session expired; repeat the one-time link (same steps).
- “not linked yet” — finish /link first.
- Only
http(s)links are accepted, and the channel must be one you may post to.
Deutsch (Kurzfassung)
Section titled “Deutsch (Kurzfassung)”@VNCchannels_bot macht aus einem Link einen strukturierten Topic und legt ihn in einem Kanal Ihrer Wahl ab.
- Bot öffnen: https://t.me/VNCchannels_bot
- /link senden → 🔗 Link my VNC account → als aw@src-advisory.com anmelden → „Linked ✓” (nur einmal).
- Einen
https://-Link einfügen und senden → Kanal wählen (oder ➕ New channel). - Fertig: „✅ Posted to …“.
Bei „run /link again”: einfach /link erneut ausführen.
