Your account menu (Own Avatar)
Your Own Avatar is the small round picture in the top bar. Select it to open a menu with everything about you — not about a task. Identity, presence and your account settings live in the suite’s directory, so what you set here is the same across every VNClagoon app.
What the menu shows
Section titled “What the menu shows”| Row | What it does |
|---|---|
| Identity | Your picture, display name, email and organisation — read from the suite directory. |
| Presence tiles | The six states you can broadcast: Available, Away, Busy, Do not disturb, Out of office and offline. Pick one; it is shown to colleagues across the suite. |
| Clear after / Custom status | Set a status message, and have it clear itself after a chosen time. |
| Notifications | Opens the shared Notification Center with an unread badge. |
| Change picture | Upload a new avatar. It is downscaled and stored for you in the directory. |
| Change password | Change your own password from inside the app — no separate identity screen. |
| Language | Switch the interface language. Your choice is kept for you, per person. |
| Appearance | Switch between light and dark. |
| Sign out | Sign out of VNCtask. |
| Sign out everywhere | End your session on every device and app at once. |
Presence
Section titled “Presence”Presence is how colleagues know whether to expect an answer now. Pick a state from the presence tiles; Do not disturb also stills notifications you have muted (depending on the product). Anything you set here is visible across the suite, not just in tasks.
Settings drawer
Section titled “Settings drawer”The Settings entry in the account menu is where your larger preferences live: profile, presence, language, appearance, notifications, security and sign-in (active sessions, password) and privacy/AI. See Task settings for the workspace-level settings (fields, grouping, labels, views), which are separate.
