Use the notification center
The notification center gathers what is new for you across the VNClagoon products you can use — including VNCchat — into a single feed. It lives in your Own Avatar menu, so it is the same place and the same list in every product.
Open the notification center
Section titled “Open the notification center”- Select your Own Avatar (top right).
- Choose Notifications. The entry shows an unread count badge when there is something new.
- Each item names what happened and where. Select an item to open the record (it opens in a new tab). Use Mark all read to clear the unread badge.
- You can filter by product to focus on one app’s activity.
The chat bell and the notification center
Section titled “The chat bell and the notification center”These are two different things, and both are useful:
- The bell in the top-bar rail turns in-app notifications and push on or off for this browser/device — see Configure notifications.
- The notification center is the history: everything that happened while you were away, across the suite, kept in one list so you can catch up.
