Record or export a conversation
Export the conversation
Section titled “Export the conversation”- Open ⋯ More → Export.
- Choose what to export (or use Select messages first to limit it).
- Save the file.
Record
Section titled “Record”⋯ More → Record records the conversation. Select messages marks specific messages first, so an export or follow-up covers just those.
