Permissions (per request)
Each request has its own Permissions. By default, only the applicant, the involved stations and administrators have access.
Add someone
Section titled “Add someone”- Open a request and the Permissions (per request) panel.
- Add person and pick them from VNCdirectory+.
- Choose the Right:
- Read — see the request.
- Write — see and act on it.
Remove an entry to revoke it (Permission removed). Extra entries show as extra.
How it maps to the directory
Section titled “How it maps to the directory”Permissions are mirrored to VNCdirectory+ as access grants
(workflow:vorlage:…) on a best-effort basis — so the authoritative record of
who can see what lives in the directory’s
Access grants.
